פרופ' בלומברג הינו חבר סגל באוניברסיטת בן-גוריון בנגב, בעל דוקטורט מ-Arizona State University בתחום הגיאולוגיה הפלנטרית עם התמחות בחישה מרחוק, המכהן משנת 2019 כסגן הנשיא לפיתוח אזורי ותעשייתי ומופקד הקתדרה לחישה מרחוק על שם משפחת סיימון.
יוסף פוראי, נשיא
2001 – 1996
ד"ר יוסף פוראי הינו גימלאי של המרכז למיפוי ישראל, בעל דוקטורט מהאוניברסיטה הטכנית בבודפשט, הונגריה, בתחום ההנדסה הגיאודטית, עם התמחות באסטרונומיה גיאודטית וגיאודזיה לווינית. המדען הראשי של המרכז למיפוי בשנים 2003 - 1994 וסגן מנהל המרכז משנת 2003 עד צאתו לגימלאות בשנת 2015.
ד"ר פוראי הקים את העמותה הישראלית לפוטוגרמטריה וחישה מרחוק על בסיס האגודה העותומנית שקדמה לה.

משה פלוס, גזבר
1996 – 2001
משה פלוס עובד מעל 50 שנים במיפוי ומדידות במגוון פרויקטים. את ראשית דרכו החל כמודד בחברת בניה באפריקה. ב - 1975 הקים חברת מדידות ומיפוי וב - 1991 הקים את חברת הפוטוגרמטריה.
משה פעיל במיפוי, מדידה, פיתוח, בניה ורישום מקרקעין של עשרות ערים, ישובים ושכונות בישראל כולל במודיעין, כוכב יאיר, שכונת עיר ימים בנתניה ועוד. הוא הוביל את המדידות בעשרות כבישים, ומסלולים לשדות תעופה.
יורי רייזמן, סגן נשיא
1996 – 2021
Dr. Raizman graduated the Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography (MIIGAiK) with a Master’s degree in aerial survey and photogrammetry. He obtained a Ph.D. in photogrammetry from the Moscow State Research Institute of Geodesy, Aerial Survey, and Cartography (CNIIGaiK).
He is President and CEO of GeoCloud Ltd and Chief Scientist of PhaseOne.
Formerly VP EMEA; Chief Scientist of VisionMap; Chief of Photogrammetry & Remote Sensing and National GIS Manager at the Survey of Israel; and guest lecturer at the Israel Institute of Technology.
He is also a member of the editorial boards of several journals in the field of Geodesy and Geoinformation.
He served as a member of IIAC (ISPRS Industry Advisory Committee), and a member of ALSI (Association of Licensed Surveyors in Israel). He served as chairman in the Commission on the GIS Standardization of the Standards Institution of Israel, the Standardization Group of the Inter Ministry Commission on Geoinformation, and the Commission on the Technical Standards and Specifications for Photogrammetry and Topographic Mapping in the Survey of Israel.
